The British are very well known for their witty –sometimes even black- humor. On the other hand, the Germans are very well known for the top quality products that they produce. So, how would you find the idea of a witty British journalist testing out a quality German product? Sounds interesting doesn't it?
That's exactly what Fifth Gear did when they took a Mercedes 300TE W124 wagon and put it through various ordeals, that include sinking it in the water, ramming it with a huge Bigfoot-style Monster truck and well, shooting at it!
